How do you price projects?

Fixed-fee packages based on complexity: Starter $4,999-$14,999, Growth $15,000-$29,999, Scale $30,000+. Clear scope, no surprises.

What is included and excluded in your fixed fees?

Included: All development, testing, deployment, documentation, and 30 days of support.

Excluded: Third-party licenses, API costs, hosting fees, and scope changes after approval.

Do you charge for third-party tools and subscriptions?

Third-party costs are passed through at cost with no markup. We'll estimate these upfront and can manage subscriptions on your behalf or transfer ownership.

Payment schedule and accepted methods?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery for projects under $20,000. Larger projects: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery.

We accept wire transfers, credit cards via Stripe, and regional payment methods.

Refunds, change requests, and scope control?

No refunds after work begins. Change requests quoted separately. Scope documented in SOW with approval required for changes. We track all requests in writing.

Do you offer monthly retainers for support?

Yes. Retainers from $2,999/month for 20 hours. Unused hours don't roll over. Priority support with 4-hour response time.

How do you handle access to client systems?

Access is least privilege with audit logs. Secrets are stored in a managed vault. We work inside your tenants whenever possible.

Where is data stored and who owns it?

You own your data, your code, and your accounts. Data remains in your cloud accounts unless agreed otherwise. We never retain client data after project completion.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before discussing sensitive information and DPAs for GDPR compliance. Standard templates available or we can review yours.

How do you treat PII and secrets?

PII is encrypted at rest and in transit. Secrets stored in HashiCorp Vault or cloud KMS. No hardcoded credentials. Regular security audits.
