• Performance marketing and cold email campaigns
• Web development and e-commerce solutions
• CRM development and system integration
• Shopify app development and mobile applications

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
• Maintaining current and accurate account information

4. Payment Terms

Project Payments

Payment terms for our services include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Monthly payments for ongoing services
• All payments due within 30 days of invoice date

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under specific circumstances:

• Service cancellation within 48 hours of agreement
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon milestones
• Technical issues preventing service delivery

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own:

• Custom code and applications developed for your project
• Content and designs created specifically for you
• Access credentials and administrative rights

We retain rights to:

• Our proprietary tools and frameworks
• General methodologies and processes
• Third-party licenses and software

6. Service Level Agreements

We commit to:

• Project delivery within agreed timelines
• 24-hour response time for critical issues
• 95% uptime for hosted services
• Regular project updates and communication

7. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• The amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• Direct damages only (no indirect or consequential damages)
• Services must be used as intended and documented

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Spam, harassment, or malicious communications
• Unauthorized access to systems or data
• Activities that could harm our reputation or operations

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with:

• 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• Completion of project deliverables as agreed

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
